    During my time as an Xbox player, I have had many experiences with Xbox and their platform, but none more dismissing and outright abusive than now. To this day I have maintained a good reputation on my profile, however recently, I have received a communications
    ban. I am a competitive gamer, I sometimes lose my handle on my emotions, and sometimes I get heated and send messages. I do not wish to contest this. I was in the wrong sending heated messages and it was the correct procedure to follow. However, my account
    experienced more than just one or two bans, when from no reasonable source I was hit with a two week communication ban. I could find no reason for this ban to exist, but I decided that it was for the best to tough it out. This fell to tatters however, when
    on the following day, a received not one, but TWO extra bans on top of the original, which were another fortnight communication ban, and an Xbox Gold Service ban on the grounds of multiple bans. When I went to repeal these I received NO help, NO reasons, and
    NO consideration. They did not investigate my cases to the standard at which they claim, otherwise this would not have happened, and my cases would have been dismissed. This is a blatant abuse of the reporting system, to which Xbox has ignored my pleas and
    refused to help. I do not try and justify my inflammatory behavior against other players, we all get reckless in the heat of the moment, especially in a highly competitive environment, and I don't wish to defend my actions with anything beyond that, other
    than that no message I have ever sent has been more than a split second decision, and I have never harassed or abused anyone over Xbox Live services. A communication ban is without a doubt understandable to some extent, however the situation which has unfolded
    is abhorrently wrong and an abuse by the enforcement team upon my person. I hope the enforcement team can either contact me with an explanation or, if there is no room for such a conversation to occur, to remove the bans placed upon me. Thank you for your
    time in considering my complaint.

    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live.

    When XBLPET issues an enforcement action, an email message is automatically sent to the address associated with your Xbox Live account. You can also check the page displaying any enforcement actions associated with your account:

    Most agents wouldn't refer situations like this to the forums. They know how to walk customers through filing complaints. A small number of them may direct to the forums due to a misunderstanding regarding the Policy Enforcement Team's presence in the
    Account Suspension forum (for asking questions about one's own suspended account, not for trying to get others suspended). But there's no need to paint a picture of them all being "woefully ignorant". That's just unnecessary.

    Nothing anyone here can do other than point you to the enforcement site & ask for a case review

    That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.They no longer use the forums.

    Yes as daft stated they don't use that forums

    Probably because this gives you some privacy and one on one with the pet team when it comes to enforcement issues

    You login to the enforcement site and post a question in the case reveiwnd it will begin a chat during the case review

    People were pointing out some of the posts usually from the said user answering their own question to pointing out that the pet did answer them this way there is no questionnaire if you were answered out not people forget about their threads

    If you have already filed for case review in the enforcement site and the enforcement verdict is upheld there is nothing else you can do and no one in the forums can help you.

    In the future make sure to read the code of conduct and observe it's rules:

    From what you guys are saying it's as if when you put in a case review and ask questions and make points they don't just ignore you like they did to me, so if that's what's up than it's time to switch to PlayStation.

    While you are certainly free to move PlayStation, be aware that they enforce rules just as Xbox Live does and continuing the behavior that got you 2 consecutive communication bans AND an account ban, will get banned permanently on that service as well.

    While you are certainly free to move PlayStation, be aware that they enforce rules just as Xbox Live does and continuing the behavior that got you 2 consecutive communication bans AND an account ban, will get banned permanently on that service as well.
