Suspensions need to be validated PROPERLY

I'm the father of my sons account. 29 June, my son was playing Overwatch and the people he was grouped with didn't want him to select a specific character. Of course it was his favorite character so he picked it anyway. The individuals in the game then
threatened to report him. Thays when he got me (he's 10). I heard the kids actually saying this. I told him not to worry, they can't do such a thing. The next afternoon he turned his Xbox on and for a message saying his communication was suspended for a week!
For what Xbox?! Bc he didn't do what those other kids wanted him to?! My point is, he was suspended for supposedly improper use of communication and/or vulgarity. I was there! Nothing was said by him! These kids obviously falsely reported him and you Xbox
just said SURE THING! You say your system for reporting is filtered but obviously it isn't. I tried to repeal the case using my phone at work but just to do that, you have to answer these poorly written questions before you can. If you get just one wrong
you start over. 3 attempts then you have to wait 24 hours. I Don't have time to decipher vague questions to your policy while at work. I have 3 XBOXs in my home but PlayStation is looking soo much better right now!

I've been banned for a month Xbox support says someone reported me idk what for why or when I just brought a 3 month renewal I have a couple major games coming up in about 2 hours I'm live here in Texas it's 3:45pm now please can you help with this matter

I am entitled as a gamer same as everybody else to inform somebody they have been reported

 

Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so rest assured there is no chance of getting banned from spam reporting.

To answer the questionnaire you should have a basic knowledge of the service rules and the Code of Conduct which you accepted when signing for xbox live.

Finally you are free to make your choice yet know that every live gaming community has rules to follow.
