Suspensions are Getting WAYYYYYYYYYY Out Of Hand

Dear Xbox Staff, I have a buddy who has gotten suspended for pretty much nothing. I think its because someone reported him. It said he had something nasty language on his bio, and I saw nothing wrong. I think that the fact that he reported him results
in an immediate suspension. So please I think maybe you should look at the actual report and see if it's not something that someone tries to do because of them getting killed to much on CoD.

Hey there fellow gamer, I get the frustration of live going down and all. But preventing ddos attacks is impossible (thats like trying to prevent cancer)theres no warning signs of when it will happen or how many will take place, Its commonn for technology
that relies on the internet to function. In short your frustration iss shared by many but few options on how to prevent it.

Is worth noting that the server issues with The Division were due to the influx of users playing the game at the same time, not because of DDoS attacks

Secondly the servers aren't with Microsoft, but with the developers of the game. So you would have to go to them with any feedback regarding the servers, as MS cannot do anything

We on the forums have no influence over the Enforcement Team. Your friend would need to sign in with his Xbox account on the Enforcement website, the only place to reach them.

In some cases, he will be able to file a Case Review there in order to get the suspension reviewed.

 

Also it doesn't matter how many complaints are filed on you. You can have a million complaints filed, but would only have action taken if you did something to violate the code of conduct. The enforcement team investigates every complaint.
