    i been a xbox one player since day one of 360, has been over 7 years of spending thousands of dollar to play the games, i start playing the game smite, i been suspended 3 times in one year, because people call you names, i have reported
    people many times, after they message me calling me trash, kill your self etc etc, and no action were ever taken, the enforcement team seems to not care at all to see history about a player, in 7 years never had problems until i started playing smite a lot
    of angry people there that just reports for everything you do wrong, now am suspended for 2 weeks when i just bought destiny 2, and no one to talk to, they only see one side and take actions, but, not action on all those reports of people calling me names
    for my accent, looks like xbox only cares about the money, and enforcement doesn't care about it if the person is having a bad day he will just keep suspension for you, and guess what? nothing you can do or anybody that you can talk to, is sad to see the way
    xbox takes care of old customers, i guess time to cancel xbox x pre order and change systems, since no one seems to care to help. i was told best thing to do would be post here hope it helps.

    Meaningless Suspension

    Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

    If you are sent an offending message, report and block via the console.

    Other then an occasional "we took action" notice (and they are very infrequent), you will not be notified of enforcement actions on other gamers.

    Regardless of your Xbox tenure or the kind of day you had, you are still required to follow the Code of Conduct.

    FYI: similar "systems" have similar enforcement.

    Suspension But No Suspension?!?

    Hi CorruptedPulse1! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

    If you haven't received an email notification for the enforcement action you need to do this

    Please perform a power cycle reset, follow these steps:

    Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    Remove the account from the console

    Restart your Xbox One console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button  on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

    After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    Download the account again to the console

    Because you are the one that is suspensded from comms,not your friends.

    Anyway,the enforcement team don't use the forums.

    For info on any enforcement action you have you can go to the enforcement site
    here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    Your 2nd suspension would be for a separate offence that happened before you were issued your first suspension.

    You only serve one suspension at a time however if they find something else that violates the terms of a use while are investigating the previous report that's when as daft mentioned when they add another which queues after the previous one finishes

    Best bet be human and you can join the rest of 99.9% of live and be suspension free

    Suspension and permanent suspension

    Yes, you only get one chance for a case review. If the enforcement team upholds their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

    There have been cases where the enforcement team have overturned bans, but they're only overturned if the enforcement team determines they made a mistake when issuing the suspension/ban.
