    have received a suspension after answering a heartless kept saying that sex with my dead mother.

    I have not said how long the suspension of communication, I find that this is not right, I have to know when just such suspension to cancel the service or take appropriate legal action

    Meaningless Suspension

    Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

    Suspension

    I'm sorry that someone has said that but the best thing you could of done was report the user and block them. There is no legal action you take against Microsoft for suspending you, upon creating your account you agreed to the terms of service which states
    "We may remove your content from the Services at any time and for any reason".

    You can check the duration of your suspension and more information on it on the Enforcement.xbox.com website specifically

    Did you check the enforcement website in your history it should state it right there, or you should have gotten an Xbox Live message with details on it

    I cant add an image, but only saysEnforcement Date... but not when ends the suspension I want to someone of Microsoft says me when it finish!

    Suspension

    they can be as little as 24hrs and sometimes can last a week or a month they should tell you via email linked to your account as well that tells you the end date. but note, the date just the date, the suspension lifts the time of day it was placed. so if
    your suspension was for a week, and placed today at say 3:30PM EST it will lift at 3:30PM EST one week from today.

    Suspension But No Suspension?!?

    Hi CorruptedPulse1! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

    If you haven't received an email notification for the enforcement action you need to do this

    Please perform a power cycle reset, follow these steps:

    Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    Remove the account from the console

    Restart your Xbox One console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button  on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

    After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    Download the account again to the console

    Because you are the one that is suspensded from comms,not your friends.

    Anyway,the enforcement team don't use the forums.

    For info on any enforcement action you have you can go to the enforcement site
    here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    Your 2nd suspension would be for a separate offence that happened before you were issued your first suspension.

    You only serve one suspension at a time however if they find something else that violates the terms of a use while are investigating the previous report that's when as daft mentioned when they add another which queues after the previous one finishes

    Best bet be human and you can join the rest of 99.9% of live and be suspension free

    Suspension and permanent suspension

    Yes, you only get one chance for a case review. If the enforcement team upholds their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

    There have been cases where the enforcement team have overturned bans, but they're only overturned if the enforcement team determines they made a mistake when issuing the suspension/ban.
