Suspension

I've served my full suspension. It ended at 11:30am UTC. That's 7:30 eastern time. I'm able to send the messages and join parties, I just can't hear anyone in them and my messages aren't being received. How long until this is fixed and I can get on with
my life? I pay too much money for these games and Xbox live not to use it. Thanks for your help and blessings to you.

Meaningless Suspension

Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

Sorry to hear it. I've heard that deleting your profile from the console, power cycling it and then redownloading may help

Microsoft you are not the police and suspending someones xbox live account is unethical especially when the innocent person is the one that gets *** by your policies. It is never the perpetrators that should be suspended. You should ask questions first
or are you people a socialist dictatorship. I figure you people at microsoft are a socialist dictator by the way you suspend people's account. You never get the full story when they have witnesses to the reasons. No way of disputing anything on your ridiculous
xbox live site. I hope another company comes up with a better product and dismantles Microsoft.

Point 1. Your playing in Microsofts 'sandbox'. You play by THEIR rules that YOU clicked 'I Agree' to when making your account. (Which probably 99% of people dont even read) or they have the right to 'kick' you out of their 'sandbox'.

Point 2. The perpetrators do get suspended. Here is just a small handful of examples:

And they DONT NEED to 'ask questions or get sides to the story as they can see your messages that you send or recieve from people. They can look back on conversations from your party chats. And if involving conduct in a game even from time to time join your
game sessions to investigate if certain reports are valid (should people be reporting you for in game cheating for example.)

Point 3. Same response as point 2.

All in all microsoft DOESNT BAN FOR 'NO REASON'
