    Suspension


    I have a suspension because of one rude message. So this guy that i accidentally killed in a video game called rainbow six seige messages me saying die and i said in a response calm the f down and when i go back to report the guy who said for me to die its
    not there and then i get a suspension

    Meaningless Suspension

    Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

    Per the code of conduct you agreed to, profanity is not allowed on Live.

    It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished.

    I dont have a phone to ring xbox customer services WHAT DO I DO

    Should i just wait out the ban its for a week

    We are sorry this issue came up, however, we here on the Xbox Support Forums (or Xbox Customer Support) are unable to look into this type of situations. We suggest reaching out to our
    Enforcement Team since they are the only ones with the correct tools to look into suspensions. Give it a shot and we hope this helps!

    You can try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com but since you did violate the code of conduct it will most likely be upheld. So you would need to wait it out.

    But the guy who told me to die should get a suspension too

    Thats the reason i made this but i cant report him

    I'll also add, it doesn't matter either, if a game is rate M/18

    Filing a complaint on him via the console would be the only way to have the enforcement team investigate him too, if they haven't already. When you can sign back in, you'll want to try looking him up again to see if it will let you report him.

    But it doesnt really matter ill be losing my account some time in june i think

    Suspension But No Suspension?!?

    Hi CorruptedPulse1! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

    If you haven't received an email notification for the enforcement action you need to do this

    Please perform a power cycle reset, follow these steps:

    Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    Remove the account from the console

    Restart your Xbox One console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button  on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

    After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    Download the account again to the console

    Suspension On Top Of Suspension

    Because you are the one that is suspensded from comms,not your friends.

    Anyway,the enforcement team don't use the forums.

    For info on any enforcement action you have you can go to the enforcement site
    here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    Your 2nd suspension would be for a separate offence that happened before you were issued your first suspension.

    You only serve one suspension at a time however if they find something else that violates the terms of a use while are investigating the previous report that's when as daft mentioned when they add another which queues after the previous one finishes

    Best bet be human and you can join the rest of 99.9% of live and be suspension free

    Suspension and permanent suspension

    Yes, you only get one chance for a case review. If the enforcement team upholds their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

    There have been cases where the enforcement team have overturned bans, but they're only overturned if the enforcement team determines they made a mistake when issuing the suspension/ban.
