SUSPENSION??

I'm curious on why I got a communications suspension on my account when I did not even do anything what so ever.. It's saying I sent inappropriate messages when I have not sent any messages out at all this is really messed up i didn't do anything. My gamer
tag is [Mod Removed – Personal Information] I can't get a case review so I'm posting here to find out what's going on here and why I've been suspended if I have not sent out any messages

My other account has been suspended because of my bio and i posted on forum 15 my xbox live account was suspended. And they reply that this forum is to find out why an account has been suspended, not to debate the suspension's validity. What should I do
to shorten my suspension.

Microsoft preys on children not knowing the rules, They suspended my 9 year olds account for 24.00 owed because he got some music pass that said free, He did not realise that it said you have to pay so much after the month is up, I mean how would he? He's

that, i thought that was just to monitor movies,games he played,they dont tell you this ***.I thought if it was my card and my home they needed my info.bunch of liers. I will be spreding this around until they lift the suspension.I will give them until 5 pm
today 12/15/2012 then this will go vial how they use little kids to charge the parents more money then when they dont ay they take the kids account away.they need a new system quit doing auto renews, quit letting it be so easy to buy things make a pass word
everytime you want to purchase something so the kid has to ask the parent.quit offering free months only to renew,offer the free month then if the person wants it they can enter the new info or call in.bunch of thieves.Peace

Customer support does not have the answers regarding suspensions or bans, however, our enforcement team would be able to provide further information. Also, visiting our Enforcement page,
it is possible to file for a case review. A questionnaire may be required in order to show a customer's understanding of the policies put in place. If the suspension is only 24 hours then a review is not possible since it takes the team 24 hours to review
the cases.
