I will have to say I am thoroughly disappointed in Microsoft as for people can call me all sorts of cuss words and they never get banned as for I report them. I say fag because of the dance he was doing on a game, when I am gay. I have the right to say fag
when the dance in a game is that way. Also if you look of the definition of fag in the ENGLISH DICTIONARY ITS A CIGARETTE!! Microsoft I’m severely disappointed in you as a xbone x user.

Meaningless Suspension

Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

If someone is making offensive remarks to you, do not reply back to them. Report and block them.

- If you're in a party chat and offensive remarks are being made. Your account may receive a suspension just for being in that party if the party is reported.

- I guess if you mean cigarette, then consider it a lesson to say "cigarette" next time.

- I'm betting you're not going to find many people online who've used that same word you did, that actually meant cigarette.

 

there is always a nay sayer in the community I received a communication suspension for defending myself on gta 5 online clearly there is a bigger issue here sweeping it under the rug will result in xbox's reputation going to hell & xbox going under as a
product I can only assume you guys are ok with losing several loyal customers cause you fail to manage this service properly how about this as a suggestion start reviewing cases closer before punishing customers for the wrong reasons I love Xbox including
the community but I am severely disappointed in the way the service is being managed I am contacting that governor that is investigating loot crates etc because this issue is ridiculous & can eventually result in more & more customers deciding to go to Playstation
or Nintendo or even PC where this crap isn't an issue at all seriously to the people managing Xbox manage things more efficiently or risk insulting customers to the point of switching to another system just saying....

 

When you were defending yourself did you say anything against the code of conduct? If you did then you can be suspended. It doesnt matter if you are defending yourself. If what you say breaks the code of conduct then you are also breaking the rules and can
be punished.

No need to defend yourself. Just block them and report them. No need to respond. FYI the same is the case on PSN.

 

no I defended myself in the game in no point did I verbally say anything or text anything to the player I was defending myself against I was spam reported by the player for simply killing off his character on GTA 5 online in defense he started griefing me
in the game so I started killing his character just to be notified by Xbox the following day I had a communication suspension for 2 weeks I guess killing an in game character is grounds for a communication suspension.... this is exactly my point I love Xbox
& players I play with but friends of mine & myself have been crapped on by the enforcement team for reasons that show they are failing to manage the community appropriately & I can see that resulting in Xbox gaining a lot of bad/negative reviews that can ultimately
result in xbox losing too many players & going under which I don't want to see that happen at all I have lost my 1st account to a permanent suspension for reasons I am still unclear of why I was offline & my consoles were packed up but somehow I did something
that resulted in a permanent ban without having the ability to do anything that would have been reason for the ban.... that is the same as ripping off a customer just for the fun of it & it's nonsense like that I can see creating an issue that would result
in a lot of negative backlash & I don't want that to happen I also find it to be very suspicious that the enforcement team has no direct contact information being accessible to the public to avoid bad enforcement calls from being made or being able to resolve
false enforcement actions it would just make more sense to be able to do so just saying.....
