Suspension wrongfully

I got suspended. Yes, I admit I did say a swear word in a private message and he got salty and reported me, but I was not notified of my suspension until after I noticed I couldn't talk in a party. I thought it was my Xbox, so I turned it off. I turned it
back on and I got the notification and message. The message didn't come through until after I signed out. There forth, through the Constitution, I am not able to face the accused and was not notified of my suspension, limiting my ability on my Xbox for over
an hour. I know I said an offensive word, but this is unacceptable that I wasnt notified of this until later. Also, I was not given any information regardless of me already knowing what I did

Wrongfully Suspension

The Xbox Enforcement team does not post here on the forums, and nobody here has access to any account records. Whatever the "word" was, it has likely been deemed as a violation of the
Xbox Code of Conduct after the Enforcement team investigated the report submitted against your son's account.

If the case review turned up as "Decision Upheld", then there is unfortunately nothing else left to do except to wait out the rest of the suspension duration.

Hello I'm a mother and my son got suspended for using a word, so i cased reviewed it and they came back at me and add more time to the suspension. because i wanted to know how the word was wrong. I WOULD LIKE FOR SOMEONE HIGHER UP TO PLEASE CONTACTED ME.
what your employee did was wrong. i want some answers NOW!!!!!!! I have spent a lot of money on my son and will not be punished for my actions....

You can appeal your suspension, if it's for over 24 hours, by visiting this page: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

If your appeal is unsuccessful, we advise you to learn from your mistakes and ride out your suspension time.

Unfortunately the code of conduct is there for the protection of everyone, never respond to someone if its a troll or abusive comment, report, block and move on.

Since you have broken the code of conduct you will need to sit the enforcement out.

There is not exception for retaliation within the code of conduct.

This is a private party as such, if you break the rules your get kicked out of the party.

 

All Xbox Players are advised to read the CoC and ToS and follow these at all times. Nothing can be done about the suspension.
