Suspension Without Proof of Any Violation

Hello... I was suspended today for cheating... I did not cheat and there's no way the enforcement team could've proved it considering it didn't happen.. It's only a 24 hour suspension but it's still bull... I was suspended from live for a reason
that can't be proven that it even occurred, as it didn't... It's putting a blemish on my personal record and I don't appreciate it..

I want to see proof of the actions that led to a suspension. I want to see the proof. Because clicking on a File a Compliant tab isn't proof. If this is how Xbox Live operates, without proof, then your service is flawed. I would like the suspension lifted
on gt BeastLee80 . That or refund his year subscription to your service. Please don't respond by what his suspension is. Please respond with PROOF of the act.

100 day suspensions are issued for multiple violations of the ToU/CoC & your last chance before a permanent ban.

As per the ToU you agreed to you are not entitled to any refund for lost gold subscription time due to enforcement action.

They also are under no obligation to show you any proof,something else you also agreed to.

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to the enforcement team are under no obligation to show you any proof or evidence they have when they issue a ban or suspension.

As it's only a 24 hour suspension you can't ask for a case review so you have no choice other than to wait out the suspension.

Enforcement will not just suspend an account without proof of some sort of violation. Your only recourse at this time is to appeal the suspension through Xbox enforcement.

you will have to post in the suspension forum but they do not ban accounts without 100% proof.

I understand that you feel they only act on evidence, however, I appealed the suspension because of lack of such evidence and the appeal was denied. Repeating your initial response does not help my issue. I had not violated any of the enforcement guidelines since my initial suspension and was subsequently suspended for no reason. If any of the enforcement is just happening upon this thread, my gamertag is CedTheBully. If you investigate my incoming/ outgoing messages from the time of my 24 hour suspension until now and provide ANY EVIDENCE of my violation, I will gladly recant any and all accusations of wrong doing. I can guarantee that I was suspended without just cause without a shadow of doubt.

You will not be banned/suspended without a reason.

You have violated the code of conduct and hence the ban/suspension.

Only enforcement team can do suspensions/bans as they investigate all the data that comes with reports.

Depending on how serious the violation is, the amount of time will be determined by that.
