Suspension without appeal

To whom it may concern,

My account was banned yesterday for a communication violation. I admit that I made a mistake; however, I am currently sick with mono, and cannot do much besides play Xbox. I play overwatch and Rocket League. Overwatch is nearly impossible to play at my level
without being able to at least hear the team. I cannot play Rocket League because every 5 seconds in the middle of a game, a message pops up saying I can't communicate, even though I am not saying anything. I am really disappointed in the enforcement people
with their lack of communication with me. This is why there are so many repeat offenders and nothing is improved. I would appreciate if someone could help me out here and contact me.

I'm giving my appeal here. Gilbert D with support suggested this avenue because I can't submit a case review for my suspension. I received a 24 hour suspension from being able to communicate through messages and chat. I have an impeccable player rep history
and was reported by someone with a "needs work" history. I thought that those players didn't get in game lobbies with players in good standing? Irrelevant though.

I will admit that my one comment made was slightly inappropriate, but considering it was in response to someone trolling me and sending me multiple messages during the gameplay, who can really blame me.

Tomorrow is Christmas and I've purchased a fourth Xbox one so my youngest can have one in his room, too. Now, I can't play and chat with him or my other two boys on Christmas as they enjoy more Xbox merchandise that I've bought.

My appeal is simply that a player with a shady history begins messaging me during a game, I respond after he sends multiple messages. He responds again and I do nothing. After the match is over, my connection is interrupted and I get a message from Xbox
saying I've been suspended. A decision was made that quickly after someone with his player rep makes a complaint about a player with zero complaints against him until that moment. Character matters when you're giving credibility to someone, and I don't believe
that someone with his rep deserves that credibility. It has to be earned.

In closing, I'd like to have my 24 hour suspension reversed please.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com for any information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review.

 

actually it 99.9% of live users don't have issues with enforcement why can't you?

You do realize most people avoid it by using common sense right?

Communicatjon suspensions is easy to fix

Use common sense remember this is rated e for everyone service like most gaming services
