    Suspension with no review


    I recently received a com enforcement after replying to a message. I have been with xbox for 12 years and this is my first enforcement. I go to the enforcement page and there is no way to file a review. Can anyone help with this?

    Account suspension

    Not all suspensions are eligible for case review. 24 hour suspensions are for example are not eligible for case review.

    ENFORCEMENT TEAM REPLY PLEASE

    I cannot submit a case review.. the suspension isn't on my account.. I sign into the enforcement page and I scroll down and I see no suspension... so therefore I am not able to submit a case review. I contacted the support line on Microsoft and they told
    me about my suspension.. but I am un able to file a case review since I cannot see the suspension penalty on my account on the enforcement page.

    Suspension with no review

    Not all suspensions are eligible for a review. If there is not one available, all you can do is wait it out.

    Perfect, so i get several messages which i defend myself in a reply and i get a ban. Pretty disappointing. The thing that really bugs me is the person that started it all ended his message with "have fun with that ban" then messages my other friend that
    i was playing with and they dont get a ban. i know this because they continued to message my friend after my ban hit

    here is the thing it doesn't matter who starts the fight you aren't allowed to retailiate in anyway that violates the terms of.use

    Common it's in the ambassadors handbook

    Also you don't know if he receivwd a suspension or not

    First they are not immediate

    They do take time

    2 you are never given any feedback for your reports as it's a privacy concern

    Unable to submit case review for enforcement

    Not all suspensions are eligible for case review. For example 24 hour only suspensions and console suspensions are not eligible for review.

    Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them. 24 hour suspensions are not eligible for a review because it would take longer for them to review the suspension than the length of the suspension. The reason for the suspension should still be
    listed on the enforcement site though. Even with a review, that is the information they will give you.

    The reason case reviews are not available for 24 hour suspensions is because the review process would take longer than the suspension. So by the time they review it and determine whether or not to uphold it, the suspension is already over.
