Suspension with no date.

So, I've been suspended from comms, again. I'm sorry if I can do a better job at finding the BS that fills up your servers, the sheer lack of acknowledgement that the CoC and ToS even exists. Even better, when the player who actually abides these rules slips
up with one word "That may hurt his/her feelings" causes for a ban. Maybe you guys should do like the NSA and start listening in, because the word I used is used DAILY and on a CONSTANT basis. The only problem here is that mine was in text.

Now, to the issue at hand.

I have been suspended, cool, I'm fine with that. What I don't get is why is there no date and no reason given? I know what word I used because it was literally the first time I used it in a while via a message. Adding, the idiot who caused said suspension claimed
to know MS employees and would send them after me for calling out his cheating and complete disregard of the CoC and ToS.

So, is this what you guys have fallen to? Cyber-Bullying? Grouping up with your buddies who cheat and watch their backs if they get caught you slam the "Good Guy" under the pretense that the Samaritan is breaking the CoC and ToS?

Maybe MS should purge the Hack Enforcement Program and Ambassador Program and hire some new faces because this crap is getting out of control.

If you want the convo, I have it, you want the name of who reported me to said crooked Employees, I got it. BUT, I doubt you guys would do anything. It's what you do best, which is nothing.

Suspensions Dates

I was banned from Live without any for warning for breach of the terms of use (my bio was deemed offensive, even though it's been the same since CoD4). It said I could go online on 30 November which is obviously today yet it still says I'm banned. I take
it the date isn't actually when I get to use Live, and it's just a rough guideline as to when I'm allowed back on, and they could just continue the ban without giving me notice?

 

Suspensions Dates

Suspensions are lifted at approximately the same time of day that they were enforced. So if you were suspended until the 30th, but the suspension started at 11:30 pm, you would have to wait until 11:30 pm on the 30th to be able to play.

This is the Hack Enforcement, it's new name is Enforcement United. I guess they changed it during the Console switch.

Adding insult to injury, my brothers account has also been suspended and he hasn't even been on it playing with other people other than private parties with gamers in privately owned servers. Games he plays are such as ESO, ARK and Killer Instinct. He didn't
get a message or anything but his mic privileges have been cut for seemingly no reason. If you want me to PM his GT I can. I can deal with my suspension, but punishing someone for nothing is lame on more levels than one.

 

Enforcement united is not now known as " Hack enforcement" & is nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.

All it is that some ambassadors go through a list of gamertags & pick any they deem against the CoC/ToC.

Those gamertags are then forwarded to xbox live enforcement who have the final decision.

As for your brother,he would need to log in to the enforcement site I linked above with his gamertag or read the email sent to the address linked to his account.
