Suspension while I was suspended?

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

It's very possible, since enforcement actions don't happen right away. There was another violation that was acted upon during your Enforcement action, but you would need to file a Case Review to be able to obtain more information.

Sounds like they found other naughty things you did while investigating your suspension.

As it was a 2 week suspension I doubt it was your first time being suspended.

The only way to have a suspension removed is if you submit a case review while the suspension is active and the enforcement team overturns their decision. Otherwise, if you are suspended while in the ambassador program you are removed from the program
and cannot rejoin.

Well if you were suspended while being an ambassador

You are permanently removed and you can't reapply

This includes suspensions for communications like lfg

Yes if your enforcement history has a suspension then you would've had to appeal while the suspension occured

The 1 year thing is only for new applicants

It can take them a while to get around to looking at reports, so you can get a new suspension while you're already on one, but AFAIK, you should not be able to be punished more than once for the same single offence.

For example, if you used 2 different gamerpics that both broke the rules, you could get suspended for 1 of them, then get a further suspension for the other, even while you're already suspended.
