Suspension was uplifted but still can’t play or talk online?

I got a 2 week ban and once it ended but I’m still unable to play online or talk in parties it’s been a whole day after and I’ve done everything I have seen in forums any know how to fix this? Please help

My account got suspended for 2 weeks, the exact date the 27th was the day my suspension was supposed to be uplifted , I got online my account was able to play online again but I’m still not able to communicate with others online, my account should uplifted
from the suspension and I should be all clear to play and to talk

Speaking and text issue

I got suspended a few months ago and the suspension says it got lifted but i still can’t talk or text and it’s end date was in September it’s been over a month since and still can’t Talk or text

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

Remove your account from the Xbox.

Give your Xbox a power cycle.

Add your account back into the Xbox.

Attempt to use the social features now.

So I tried this today thinking that the maximum suspension would be 2 weeks, well it’s been 2 weeks and I still can’t play online games or talk/message other people. Is there such thing as a permanent suspension from chatting or playing online games? Also
I’m kind of mad considering it was my friend who logged into my account and changed my gamerpic and got me banned.

It's possible your suspension may have been extended due to other violations being discovered.

If nothing is showing on the enforcement site
here then contact support here & they should be able to tell you whether you have had your suspension extended or not but will not be able to do anything else.
