Suspension unclear

I have recently been suspended but there is a few questions I have that isn’t really clear. On my Xbox when I try to sign into the suspended account it says it has been permanently suspend even though it was my first offense but when I came to the enforcement website it said I actually got a 2 week ban, so I’m not sure if I have been perma banned or if it’s just a 2 week ban.

The same exact thing happened to me, it said it would be 14 days on the enforcement site, but on my console it said perma-ban.

That was in October of last year...

I haven't had a console ban, i can i still play and use it on other accounts, and this was the first ban i know of. The problem i have is that i don't know when i will be un-suspended as my console says its permanent but the enforcement says 2 weeks and this whole situation has been stressful and really all i can do is hope.

Hey I just had this same exact issue. It is not permanent. I just got unsuspended today! Seems that all you have to do is wait out the duration.
