    i have recently gotten suspended from communication. the email told me to go to my xbox 360 to see my end time of suspension. the thing is, i dont have my 360 anymore. i sold it when i got my xbox1. and i never recieved a message or notification of how long
    my suspension would be. would be great to know when i would be able to talk to my friends again.

    Support have nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement so there's no point contacting them.

    can anyone tell me how long we are suspended for? we were not aware that quitting games early affected your rep which in turn led us to an avoid me rating.. we are aware of this now and just want to know how long we are going to be penalized.. thanks

    It sounds like they've been trying to fix the notification system so they've changed the wording to a suspension (which is correct) instead of the permanent ban message that everyone was getting (which was incorrect). You were never permanently banned, the notification was just wrong.
