Suspension supposed to be lifted but it's not.

Yesterday my Xbox communications were suspended until 2:50 AM US eastern time. It is now 1:14 PM of that day and now my friends are still unable to hear me. I can message my friends and I can hear them but they can't hear me. I called support and went through
the whole shabang with them, the nice lady said my suspension was lifted but clearly there is some lingering effect. In party chat my Xbox shows that I'm talking but my friends can't see or hear me talk. In game chat all of my friends see that I am muted for
some reason and are unable to unmute me. I have tried just about everything and I am certain that this is not a problem on my end. I don't know if I am being hacked or something or if the suspension is just stuck but I need help.

But here's the problem now it's after the suspension was supposed to be lifted and they still haven't lifted it but yet there's nobody you're allowed to contact to get it lifted because customer service says that they have no idea how to do anything

 

Enforcement Ban Not Completely Lifting

Today a suspension was supposed to be lifted off of my account(as it was temporary) and it has mostly been lifted. However, a ban on communications and group posts has yet to be lifted as it was supposed to. I'd like some guidance for what to do and who
to contact, as enforcement has no contact

I wouldn't say that you were being hacked. I would have just thought that there was a problem when lifting your suspension.

You could try posting on the enforcement team area, they should be able to help:

my ban has been lifted on xbox one. my friends still can't hear me in party chat or games.The bubble moves when i talk but none can hear me since the ban has been lifted. i think there might have been a problem on your end when the ban was lifted. i didn't
have this promblem prior to the ban. I have called xbox one support and they have had me do everything to try and fix the promblem. please fix this .

I can understand your frustration in regards to this matter, unfortunately no one here can assist you with enforcement actions. The issue may also be a faulty device, but assuming you contacted support - I'm sure they ran your through several troubleshooting
