Suspension Still Not Lifted After Two Months!

I received a communications suspension on 3/21/2017, and it was set to last two weeks, thus coming to an end and lifting on 4/4/2017. However, upon this date, all of the privileges that were revoked from me (Talking and hearing others in parties, sending
messages, ect) were not given back. It has now been over two months since the suspension was supposed to be over, and I've been gaming like a lonely hermit, watching my friends play together while I can't do anything. This situation really sucks, any and all
feedback is greatly appreciated, please help!

sounds like you have a suspension that you can't see. I got banned twice in one day somehow and it should have ended and been lifted yesterday.but I cannot talk or send messages. When I contact microsoft she tells me I have a suspension until september
2017! 3 months! Sorry brother it seems we are in the same boat. It's really ridiculous as people abuse the report system and I trash talk my friends as a joke I cannot believe they do this to people when all they have to do is block you if they don't like
what you wrote but I still learned my lesson.

Or, you know, see what happens after the 1st suspension and then only apply another one if the behavior continued. But I guess that makes too much sense. Might as well stack suspensions. I think I used profane language about a year ago in a voice party.
Better hope my month suspension comes the day before this two week suspension is lifted.

But here's the problem now it's after the suspension was supposed to be lifted and they still haven't lifted it but yet there's nobody you're allowed to contact to get it lifted because customer service says that they have no idea how to do anything

if it is suspended, then it may be for a few months or years for it for the suspension to be lifted
