Suspension should have ended by now

hi guys, sorry for posting this again but I really need an answer about this issue I'm having. I got a communication suspension that should have ended almost a week ago and I still can't have a group chat with my friends (but I can use Skype app). Can you
help me out here please? I cant apply a case review either btw..

If you are sure there are not additional enforcement actions on your account try the following:

1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
4. Attempt to use the social features now.

Otherwise contact support by phone as see if there is still an enforcement action on your account

 

Suspension ended

hi there,

Im having an issue regarding a suspension I got 2 weeks ago. Im not gonna debate here about this suspension, but it ended today apparently, and I'm still suspended from my communication services. I can't reach the enforcement service by sending a case review.
So I've been asked by xbox support to come here and post it on the forum. Any help will be appreciated

Have you received an email from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team to your Microsoft Account that is tied to your Xbox Live account? Check your email to see if there's any further communication and let us know if you see an email from them.

Thanks for the answer. No I didn't receive anything, I also checked my spam. (Sorry for delay my workdays are a bit long).

 

Just to clarify, are you checking the Microsoft Account you sign into Xbox Live with? Just want to cover that before next steps. Thanks!
