I was playing Black Ops 4 multiplayer when I came across a troll that had "****" it was the "D" word for penis and a drawing of an erect penis in his emblem. He was also racist and disrespectful in the public voice chat, super toxic. So i decided to poke
some fun at him and messaged him "****" also used the "D".word. He was triggered and started saying things in the public chat and then messaged me back privately saying "reported". So ok, I reported him back for the offensive emblem and language in the voice
chat. Now I'm suspended for a week lol... and my case doesn't have the option for review. So here's to xbox live and their broken system. Also here's that guys gamertag (The racist that reported me for messaging "****"): RAILROADUDE

If anyone reads this and has the power please take away my suspension and also remove his if he has one pending from my reporting him. I think it should just be a wash.

Suspension for Pezinater should have been lifted today

My son should have had his ability to communicate restored today, but is still unable to connect. Can someone please tell me if there is something we need to do? Or...can you fix this?

Like I said, it's not a big deal to me if someone is going to troll me or anyone else by clicking a shiny star to make a point, they can feel free to keep doing so if it makes them feel good. But if people are going to continually respond to my general post(s)
about it then yes I'll respond, making it a bigger deal than it actually is. I didn't expect anyone to even respond to that post, I was more hoping someone would respond to my post about the actual topic at hand as that's what truly matters as it's a discussion
actually worth having.

Sorry to hear it. If you reported him for the emblem the enforcement team will look into it. You should've also reported him using the in game reporting tool so the devs can look at it.

As for your enforcement please log in to
enforcement.xbox.comand click the hammer icon. If you are underage then your parent account will need to fill out the case review

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

You do not get suspended for "false reports",in fact anyone who abuses the reporting system risks being suspended themselves.

You would need to go to the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB to see any enforcement action on your account & file for a case review if eligible.

If you have already done that then you need to wait for the decision.If it is upheld then all you can do is wait out your suspension.

Nothing can be done over the forums, Your only option is opening a case review as Onyx mentioned. But that can take a few weeks before you hear back from them. Keep in mind that the minute you reply to someone "trolling" you or bothering you. Makes it
so you're both eligible for a ban. All you're supposed to do is report, block and let enforcement handle it from there.
