Suspension review

Hello

I would like a copy of the suspension that occurred on my son's xbox one account for review as I would like to know what exactly happened with the communication violation, even though the suspension has been lifted. He only plays with his school friends
and I am with him during game play, so I need to be educated (the mum) on what we did wrong and find out how to avoid further problems playing with his friends. We do not play online with strangers as I manage the account on behalf of my son. The reason I
am requesting is that we have no proof that we did anything wrong only that xbox has a review panel. I think this is great and is needed and not wanting to change the processes as we need to protect our kids, but how are we to learn especially as we do not
use foul language from the same thing happening again. It could of been an accident with my son saying one thing wrong but we do not know and I can not help him, only saying 'don't do what ever you did????'. I can not educate my son as do not have any idea
what he did. Therefore, it is one thing to suspend but another thing to actually educate the kids on the correct behaviour. We have read and follow the code of conduct, yet we failed somehow. Suggestion, when you put up a suspension, please provide actual
evidence of what has occurred (situation evidence as you have stated that you have a review panel and you look into the situation extensively - show this to us) and then if needed a case review can be submitted. If our behaviour happened to be wrong, we know
how to correct ourselves. Many thanks and look forward to the evidence.

Unable to submit case review for enforcement

Not all suspensions are eligible for case review. For example 24 hour only suspensions and console suspensions are not eligible for review.

 

Suspension review

I woukd like someone to re-look my suspension because the amount of time ive been suspended is ridiculous. Out of all my years of playing xbox ive never been suspended and for my first time is two weeks. I was suspended for saying "1v1 coon rat" like i would
say to anyone else i talk to. First not really a racial slur if anyone i ask thinks its funny or plain Ridiculous for being suspended for as long as i did. Now none of you cant tell me you do "the right thing" according to xbox rules and regulations when someone
constantly team kills yeah you might after a while but not at first. I didnt mind the suspension being given to me just not for that ammount of time that was i can understand a day or two but not two weeks so who ever did it mustve been having one terrible
day. I want someone to re-look at this and actually fix what has been done.

 

you will not have access to that type of info as it's a violation of privacy laws and the integrity of the network

Keep.it rated e for everyone

And no him not.startng the fight has.no bearing.on his suspension as it is.his own actions that incurred.the suspension

It doesnt.matter if.its his friends or not he would've had to.have said.something on chat via party chat or.game.chat

 

99.9% of live users follow that simple instruction your son should have.no issues with it

 

Thank you for this and agree with you and we keep it g rated at all times at I monitor it. I am wondering what we did?? I think maybe the killing got aggressive as the shooting on the games can get serious so I have asked for my
son to not kill or hurt players in the game. A copy of the violation will show us this.

 

totally agree and is keeping within the rules as I always sit with him during game play. I know all players too so monitor their behaviour too.

 

Moving forward, I will watch closer the use of xbox live and will continue to sit with my son to ensure that no further violations occur. I would still like to know exactly what we did?? As a parent it worries you to know that maybe I did something wrong.
Violent games brings out competitive survival behaviour so now I shall look at the type of games played - this one was Star Wars thinking this was okay ( I ban all the others). This is a world I never grew up in, I was playing in the dirt and riding bikes
all day, so I am learning too just as my son is. I only wanted to voice that education comes from knowledge. How can you fix something when you have no idea what you did? Language wasn't a factor in this instance.
