Suspension Review, Please?

I, (admittedly stupid) allow my brother to use my Xbox Live account on a regular basis. He has a problem with getting easily hot headed, making him be abusive to other players. He's got be suspended on numerous occasions, but he never learns. This time I'm
definitely not letting him use my account again. He's told me that he was abusive to someone because he was getting spammed with game invites. I'd like this suspension to be lifted as I have got the first week in January off work and plan on playing online
with my friends. This suspension disables my game chat feature, which subsequently means I can't talk to friends. I hope you can understand my frustration, I also understand if you are unable to lift this suspension. I'd be massively appreciative if you could
do so though, however.

Not all suspensions are eligible for case review. For example 24 hour only suspensions and console suspensions are not eligible for review.

 

Suspension review

I woukd like someone to re-look my suspension because the amount of time ive been suspended is ridiculous. Out of all my years of playing xbox ive never been suspended and for my first time is two weeks. I was suspended for saying "1v1 coon rat" like i would
say to anyone else i talk to. First not really a racial slur if anyone i ask thinks its funny or plain Ridiculous for being suspended for as long as i did. Now none of you cant tell me you do "the right thing" according to xbox rules and regulations when someone
constantly team kills yeah you might after a while but not at first. I didnt mind the suspension being given to me just not for that ammount of time that was i can understand a day or two but not two weeks so who ever did it mustve been having one terrible
day. I want someone to re-look at this and actually fix what has been done.

 

The enforcement team does not read the forums. You can try submitting a case review at
http://enforcement.xbox.com but keep in mind that per the terms you agreed to, you are responsible for your account at all times. So it doesn't matter whether it was your brother who did it or you. It just matters that
it was done on your account. It's also a violation of the code of conduct to share accounts.

 

Xbox really are old-fashioned, aren't they? Imagine making the sharing of accounts with a family member against the rules! You'd think Xbox would treat their loyal customers better. So soft nowadays, I never remember Xbox being so harsh back in the Xbox
360 days. Also, may I add - I was directed here by support staff. So, you're now pretty much telling me Xbox aren't even able to tell me accurate information? It just gets better and better. I bet Sony don't treat their customers so badly. But, I get it.
You're an ambassador, so anything you say is by the old-fashioned and unfair book. Kudos to Xbox, awesome company.
