    Suspension question...


    So i let someone get the better of me, and of course said something in a chat to someone i shouldnt have...i get it. My question is, it was my first time ever doing something like that...and i got what looked like a 24 hour suspension...yet, after that period....when i sign into my xbox app on my pc, it still shows one and I cannot chat on there....Yet, on the phone app and other places I can...

    Am I missing something?

    Hi there, if you are a repeat offender you will eventually get a permanent ban and I don't think there is a certain number of times before a permanent ban, if there is I don't believe we're privy to this knowledge.

    It's best to just keep out of trouble and not intentionally ruin anyone's experience on Xbox Live.

    There is no set number of suspensions that are allowed on an Xbox account before it is permanently banned. The enforcement team will take into consideration the severity of the violations and the history of violations on the account when determining the appropriate action to take.

    In summary, It's always best to play fair and follow the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, in order to avoid any violations and suspensions.
    Wait they look in history in past the ones that disappeared they use those ones for permanent ban ? Or current suspensions
