suspension question

Our account has a 24 hour suspension. I need to determine what happened. Is there a way to find out what caused the suspension?

Suspension question.

I understand your frustration. However, this sort of issue can only be resolved by Phone Support. Granted you have tried and are not having luck getting through. I've gone through all the support numbers from around the world and I don't see a Latvia or
Baltics number in there.

My only advice at this point is try Tweeting @XboxSupport your concerns and see what they can do for you if anything.

Hi there, if you are a repeat offender you will eventually get a permanent ban and I don't think there is a certain number of times before a permanent ban, if there is I don't believe we're privy to this knowledge.
