Suspension Questinnaire Bug/Glitch?

Hello,

I currently have a suspension that I believe is wrongly received. I then tried to fill out the questionnaire to submit my review to find that some of the questions are conflicting to say the least. However that wasn't the true problem, whenever I tried to
switch to the next question because I got one wrong it would immediately say that I missed the max amount of question and had to retry the questionnaire. So I did and I got one wrong I tried to change the answer of the wrong question but it didn't allow me
to. I would click next this time and again it said I missed the max amount again. If xbox people are reading this can I not miss a single question or do you need to fix the questionnaire? I need to know because I am trying to have my case reviewed. Thank you

Communication Suspension Bug.

Hey there.

This is a known issue, and the team is investigating. Hopefully will be fixed soon.

Unfortunately, that's about all we can do for the moment while the team figures out what's causing this bug and can fix it.

One threads locked and the other is that same joke of a solution Xbox has put together! Is there anyone I can talk to thats experienced with this issue??????

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

You can't miss a question. If you miss one, you can take it again after 24 hours. You'll want to read over the code of conduct before retaking it.

If you get a question wrong, you must start over. After 3 attempts, you must wait 24 hours.

Miss 3 times then you need 24 hours to rethink all again and retake the questions...
