Suspension Overturned. Or was it?

A little over a week and a half ago, I received a suspension for 2 weeks. I appealed through a case review and the status was changed to "Decision Overturned" pretty quickly, but my privileges continued to be suspended. I also was
never given any more information as to why I was suspended in the first place, and the status went directly form "Need Info" to "Decision Overturned". I went through many Xbox support staff who all said that there was essentially no way to contact the Enforcement
Team (since the only way is through a case review, which I already did). I eventually came upon one agent who requested screenshots of my situation. I emailed them to him and awaited his response that never came. I had given up and decided I would wait until
the suspension (that by the Enforcement Team's own admission I didn't deserve) wore off, but not until after I try one more agent. She gave me the same spiel as the others, but also told me that I would be given my permissions back on the 22nd, 3 days after
I expected. What I think happened was that someone on the Enforcement Team overturned my suspension, but pressed the wrong button and refreshed it instead. On the enforcement website, it says that I have no current suspensions and the one in question isn't
even in my suspension history (it's in the case review section). If you are going to give the Enforcement Team this much power, give us a way to contact them so we can hold them accountable for their mistakes. Ultimately, I will have been suspended for 2 weeks
and 3 days for nothing. Can someone tell me how I should go about fixing this, seeing as I still have 6 days (half of which are completely unexplained) left on my suspension?

Unfortunately only the XBLPET can assist you in this matter if you requested a case review they will investigate your suspension and give you an outcome. Overturned or Upheld

Just to add,the enforcement team do a thorough investigation before carrying out any bans/suspensions.

As xTye said,the suspension wont be overturned.

 

Try removing the GT from the console and then power cycling the console.

Restart it and then recover the gamertag back to see if that fixes the issue.

 

Unfortunately, that didn't help. I don't think it's something on my end, because two different support agents said that I would have to wait until the 22nd for my console suspension to end. Thanks for trying to help though!
