Suspension over yet still restricted from message and parties , mod locked without resolving ...

I can't submit a case review on them as they have ended and I have no active suspensions to set a case review on and the enforcement team no longer is active on their forums so I cannot post there. When I contacted Xbox support they went through some troubleshoot
methods with me and confirmed my suspensions ended last weekend, yet I'm still affected. They suggested my suspension was extended but hadn't been updated on Xbox's site, but I have waited a week now and it's still not over and I have heard of people in My
problem waiting a month and still affected. I also can't go use another profile as they are all affected on this console too. If was perm banned I wouldn't be able to log in. I can't see if it's been extended to the enforcement site

So what I think that has happened is that you have a console ban, not an account ban

but it wasn't supposed to be a console ban right? Otherwise on the other profiles on the console it would say that they have active bans on the enforcement site and none of the other accounts do it says they have a perfect record.

So what am I perm banned or something? Was the console ban a mistake for an account ban? And if so how can this be fixed without me having to try contact enforcement because I cant submit a case review as there's no active bans to submit one for and they
have no number, email and aren't on their forums anymore.

First awesome Gamertag but unfortunately, we can't handle any issues with enforcement actions only at Enforcement.xbox.com can handle those issues if you're eligible you can submit a case review there to resolve the issue.

second, I know that another support has suggested these steps but they are important to resolving console issues for your problem please consider them if you have not already.

if no active suspensions or ban then some steps should be helpful. I noticed that you said that you have attempted all troubleshooting steps but here are some steps mainly work with most issues with consoles.

1) Power Cycle: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

2) remove your profile, restart, then re-download your profile

3) Factory Reset Console

If this resolved the issue verify the answer and then mark your support thread answered and if this doesn't answer your thread then verify answer and then upvote. please let of know what your attempted and any other details that you might have said in your

Hey so if this is a console ban then you should've received a notification regarding the device ban.

Per the Enforcement team website

Notifications

Upon receiving a device ban, any account that attempts to sign in to the Xbox Live service will receive a notification. The specific content of the notification depends on the type of device that received the ban.

Xbox One:

“Your console is banned. This console has been banned for Terms of Use violations. To protect the Xbox service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about specific console bans. For more information out console bans, visit xbox.com/xboxone/consoleban.”
