Suspension over yet still can't message or talk in parties

I had a two week suspension on party chat and messaging for two weeks and then another two week suspension the day after that one started , which stopped me playing on multiplayer games ( I did nothing in the previous day to cause this suspension it was
added after) and so I waited the two weeks before both of the end dates of the ban and thought they would be lifted. They were lifted on the enforcement site but not on the console , I could play multiplayer again but was still restricted from messaging and
party chat getting the messages "choose something else to do" or "your privacy settings prevent chat with others"

I have been on the enforcement site and both the suspensions are no longer active it says and there is no button or option for a case review on them as they are no longer active. I contacted suppprt and they just told me to do useless stuff like verifying
the profile , removing it and hard resetting which did not work and led them to say the suspension could have been extended but not updated on xbox's end. How am I supposed i supposed know when it ends If it says it ended before. Lift my ban it's ended already!

I was suspended for 2 weeks and after my days of suspension I still can't send messages, talk in parties, and etc.

First awesome Gamertag but unfortunately, we can't handle any issues with enforcement actions only at Enforcement.xbox.com can handle those issues if you're eligible you can submit a case review there to resolve the issue.

second, I know that another support has suggested these steps but they are important to resolving console issues for your problem please consider them if you have not already.

if no active suspensions or ban then some steps should be helpful. I noticed that you said that you have attempted all troubleshooting steps but here are some steps mainly work with most issues with consoles.

1) Power Cycle: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

2) remove your profile, restart, then re-download your profile

3) Factory Reset Console

Just done all those troubleshoot steps and it still restricts me from messaging and talking when I even factory reset as well. it still says " choose something else to do, because of your past behaviour you are unable to send messages" whenever I try to
message and "your privacy settings prevent chat from others" when I start or join a party. I do not understand as on the enforcement site it says all my bans and suspensions are over and there are no active ones.

I can't submit a case review on them as they have ended and I have no active suspensions to set a case review on and the enforcement team no longer is active on their forums so I cannot post there. When I contacted Xbox support they went through some troubleshoot
methods with me and confirmed my suspensions ended last weekend , yet I'm still affected. They suggested my suspension was extended but hadn't been updated on xbox's site , but I have waited a week now and it's still not over and I have heard of people in
My problem waiting a month and still affected. I also can't go use another profile as they are all affected on this console too. If was perm banned I wouldn't be able to log in. I can't see if it's been extended on the enforcemnt enforcement site

 

So what I think that has happened is that you have a console ban, not an account ban

 

but it wasn't supposed to be a console ban right? Otherwise on the other profiles on the console it would say that they have active bans on the enforcement site and none of the other accounts do it says they have a perfect record.

So what am I perm banned or something? Was the console ban a mistake for an account ban? And if so how can this be fixed without me having to try contact enforcement because I cant submit a case review as there's no active bans to submit one for and they
have no number, email and aren't on their forums anymore.

 

also I can still login on Xbox live on all profiles and play so I think they got the banned mixed up as aren't console bans supposed to prevent you logging in

Upon receiving a device ban, any account that attempts to sign in to the Xbox Live service will receive a notification. The specific content of the notification depends on the type of device that received the ban.

Xbox One:

“Your console is banned. This console has been banned for Terms of Use violations. To protect the Xbox service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about specific console bans. For more information out console bans, visit xbox.com/xboxone/consoleban.”

I don't have any notification saying it's a console ban, I said I can still login and play, please read the previous posts.
