Suspension over, but still can't be heard by others

If this problem is still happening then try this:

Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select Settings.

In the Settings menu, select Privacy & online safety.

Under Privacy, select Custom.

From here, navigate to Communicate with voice and text and change that to 'Block'.

Next, let's clear the system cache by holding the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, or until the console fully powers down.

Power back on and navigate back to the Privacy menu and set Communicate with voice and text back to the desired setting

Thanks for the suggestion but I already did all of that on Saturday. Still have a suspension and since it’s 24 hours I can’t submit a case review.

Hi, I'd recommend trying the following three steps:

1. Check your enforcement status at https://enforcement.xbox.com/ to make sure that you have no additional enforcement actions on your account.

2. Try a power cycle of your console. For instructions on how to do a power cycle: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

3. Try removing and then re-adding your profile. Note that you'll need to make sure you know the email and password associated with your account to do this. For instructions: https://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

If none of those work, I'd try reaching out to the Official Xbox Support team at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding the account.
