    Suspension on Xbox live


    Please help. My son had had two suspensions in a little over a month for suspension of cheating. I filed a case review and asked questions, non of which were answered. I want to know what game was being played and what was done and how it was proven.
    I don't understand why it's so hard to get this info. How can you fix a problem if you don't know what the problem is? How do you stop kids/teens from making reports because they get beat in a game or because they don't like a person they play against,?
    To be banned from a paid service and then not to be provided answers is completely unfair.

    During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.
