i want to know

1,why cant we phone the enforcement team to put our point of view so not to get a suspension or ban for nothing

2,why was i given a suspension just for reporting a player for not only cheating but hacking not just one game but every game he was in,this player(cheat)had god mode and killing players without moving.i was that mad i did send a message to him and gave
him verbal but told him i reported him he sent message back basically telling me nothing will be done after which he continued to cheat,in response he obviously reported me fo verbal,but it comes to something when the enforcement team say they investigate
but obviously dont investigate the whole matter otherwisethey would have instantly banned for life the other person,i have now learned the enforcement team are only interested in suspending the innocent,i thought i was one of many trying to get these cheats
out but its not going to happen after this im not reporting nobody anymore.

One thing i have to say to the enforcement team is before taking action make sure you look at the game and what goes on dont just ban because someone gets annoyed at a cheat and loses there temper you need to take what happened into consideration, i am extremely
annoyed at the enforcement team for suspending me for basically reporting someone,but after all this i bet nothing was done to him.

 

The enforcement team does not suspend accounts for no reason. They also don't suspend accounts just because you were reported. You can have a million complaints filed against you and not get suspended. They investigate every suspension they receive and will
only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct. If they had a phone number, everyone would call saying they haven't done anything, but they would have no way to actually prove it that way.

Your suspension could have been for something that took place days or weeks before that interaction. Just because that person may have reported you, it doesn't mean that's what you were suspended for. In situations like that, it's also best to just report
the other persona and block communications with them instead of responding to them.
