Suspension of son's account

I have received an email that my son's XBOX Live account is suspended. I tried to post this in the Enforcement forum, but there's no option to post.

I have logged in with my account to Xbox Enforcement. I see a message that Enforcement Date is ‎09‎/‎03‎/‎2018‎ ‎18‎:‎48‎:‎19. It says suspended until 09/28/2016 06:48:19 PM. However, son can
still log in to Xbox Live.

Message says: Child accounts cannot submit Case Review inquiries. To submit a Case Review for a child account, the associated parent must sign in.

I am the associated parent and I am signed in, but have no option to submit a Case Review. Son claims to have no idea why suspended!

How can I get details of why suspended and/or submit Case Review?

Live account banned permanently for no reason, HELP please!

My 10 year old son's account was banned Christmas Eve (was so much fun watching a kid open new games that he couldn't play)! This is the email I received Christmas Eve:
This email is to notify you that your Xbox LIVE account privileges have been permanently suspended due to modification of your gamertag or other profile data.

These modifications may include, but are not limited to:
•Altering the appearance of your gamertag or avatar
•Illegitimate gain of achievements or avatar awards
•Application of watermarks or other special identifiers that were not legitimately granted
•Unauthorized manipulation of in-game parameters

Your conduct was brought to the attention of the LIVE Enforcement Team through complaints filed by other Xbox LIVE users or in the course of our operation of the service. The LIVE Enforcement Team has reviewed the complaints and other evidence regarding your conduct and determined it violates the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct. Because your conduct is in violation, the LIVE Enforcement Team has issued a permanent suspension.

During your suspension, you will not be able to log into Xbox LIVE. Your Xbox LIVE privileges will not be reinstated.

Customer Support is not able to modify or provide any further details about your suspension.

My son does not know how to modify or alter any of these things, so the ban is not legitimate, but the account is suspended. I spent 4 hours on Christmas Day trying to get this straightened out, and was told it was a billing problem so I was transferred to billing which never answered. Today I called support again, and made the customer care person look into the account in depth and she said it had nothing to do with billing, that I was on auto pay with paypal and that it was received. She helped me set up a temporary account and transferred me to billing to change over my payment details from banned account. (Still on hold to India right now after almost an hour).
She was unable to tell me whether points that we have purchased or games, etc would be transferred.

I want to know how to get this straightened out because my son has logged many hours playing his games, gaining points, added purchased points, etc. to his account and now it is all gone. Like I said before, my son is not capable of doing the things the ban states, so I need help in resolving this, because either someone hacked his account, or he was unfairly targeted by gamers in rooms.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

My son's account was suspended and I never received the email with the explanation on that suspension. Which pops up everytime signing in.

You will have to work this out through the enforcement team website. The notice of the suspension will be there. Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. The notice will not give specifics on the suspension it will just tell what rules were
violated. Below is a link on how to submit a case review.

my son has also been suspended but as its only 24 hours, you cannot submit a case review

I am very keen to find out what he has done wrong as the umbrella / catch all clause include things like racial abuse etc

I have phoned and spent over an hour on chat and no one is able to let me know what he has done wrong

So basically he is suspended and as a Father i am not given the reason why - it could be minor or major, it could be malicious / it could be true - no one will tell you

There will be no exact specifics. As stated in the previous post, you will only be told what rules were broken in general terms. There is no way other than the case review to contact the enforcement team directly.

My sons was also suspended today. I tried to submit a case review but got an Oops something went wrong message. Now need to wait another 24 hours before I can try again. He helped a boy in a game only to be constantly spawn trapped by the same person. Who
then reported my son when he asked him to stop it. The boy in turn reported my son for asking him to leave him alone. He is devastated now as he doesn't know why he has been banned when he was not in the wrong ( he has autism and follows rules to the letter
so he doesn't understand why he has been punished for it)

There is nothing anyone in the forums can do to assist. You will just have to continue to try to submit the case review.

Once you manage to submit a case review as a parent, don't be surprised if you then can no longer access the site.

My son got an harassment suspension for smack talking.. nice when he doesn't even have access to mic on his xbox one (or kinect)

Xbox enforment team is THE worst service ever constructed. Consensus of people who know what the XET is know it is trash. They don't care about your feelings or even if your innocent. Just like sexual assualt, guilty until proven innocent.

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

These are issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Your other accounts will work on other devices,not just your sons xbox while the suspension is in place.

Your son can appeal the account suspension if eligible via the link gds 1972 posted but console suspensions can not be appealed.

Sounds like a console privilege suspension which will not show on the enforcement site.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.

You & your other son will have the same restrictions as your suspended son while your accounts are on that console but your accounts will work on other devices.

I suspect this isn't your sons first suspension which is why this has happened.Next time will probably be 100 day suspension.

Not all enforcement actions are eligible for a case review but try a different web browser if your sons suspension is.

It may be worth sitting down with your son & going through the code of conduct with him so he doesn't get suspended again.

Hey there, if your son is the only one with the account login details the offensive message would have been from your son which lead to the account suspension. The only exception to this is that your son has gave his account details to someone else, who
then sent the message. In this case, as it's your son's account, it's his responsibility so the ban wouldn't be rethought.

First of all, just reporting someone won't get them suspended.

Every time someone reports your son, the consoles involved will collect data and telemetry, and send that in along with the report as evidence.

A real life human being from the Enforcement Team will then review that evidence, and based on that will issue a suspension, or disregard the report, if no violations can be found (with a "trust penalty" given for the player giving a false report).

To get more details about the suspension, you can go to
https://enforcement.xbox.com and depending on the age of your son, you need to sign in with your adult parent account to which your son's child account is added to, or sign in with your son's account.

Then click on the yellow/orange tile with the hammer on it, to review the list of suspensions. Then you can click on the active suspension to get more information.

If the suspension was issued by mistake, you can file a case review after 24 hours have passed since the suspension was issued.
