Suspension of comms = xbox live gold reduced price?

We just subscribed to xbox gold, and recieved a suspension on the same day.

What have others done in this situation?

Opening multiple threads is not allowed and the same rules on Xbox Live Apply here. I would be careful as this could potentially result in another ban.

Research what happened by signing onto the
Enforcement website. Click on the orange hammer icon to learn more about the suspension, including when it will be lifted.

You can view your ban on enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible. 24hr bans are not eligible for case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

Ok so that seems to be very similar to my situation... however in my instance after the first suspension I was able to complete a survey to reduce the suspension then was unsuspended then 2 hours later resuspended 7 more times with no option to reduce or
dispute 2 hours after I was already unsuspended. Why wasnt all the suspensions at once? Why wasnt I able to dispute or reduce the other 7?

Did they change that recently? I have been suspended before on comms with multiple messages deleted resulting in a 1 week comm suspension.
