Suspension of account

My son's account was suspended for 24 hours. It said he had inappropriate communications at 10:47 a.m. yesterday but he never texted or was on the microphone at that time! He just tried to get on and then it said it was suspended. I spent 30 minutes on
a live chat with an operator trying to figure out how to get details of what he was charged with saying as he didn't say anything and we were there. It seemed like I just kept getting the run around. We should have the right to review charges that may be
submitted falsely as this suspended his weekend play. No one will tell us what he said or what he did, just there were 'communications.' This is not the Secret Police. We need to know what was said specifically so that this can be removed from his account
and so it won't happen again.

For information about his suspension, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com The enforcement team does not give specifics. Investigations take time, so the suspension would not have been issued at the same time that the action took place.

 

One thing to keep in mind is that enforcement actions are not always timestamped for the time of the "infraction". Typically, that timestamp you'll see is for when the enforcement action was initiated by the Enforcement team for a violation that took place
previously.

For more information, head on over to this link for Enforcement, sign in, click on the little orange gavel that will appear and it will take you to a complete Enforcement
history of the account you are signed into.

Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called "Review" next to the
current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.

Enforcement will also send an email to the address that is linked to the Microsoft account with complete details of what the suspension/ban is for and for how long (Bans being permanent). You can read up on further details regarding the Enforcement team

i was com banned for most likely just me sayong have a good life in a unflattering way to someone who called my friends sexist slurs and then the same guy reported me because of it and i actually got banned but he didnt get away scotch free bwcause the help
from the xbox/microsoft help but i think im still banned its just dumb how people can get away with cussing up a storm in voice chat and making sexist slurrs in voice chat but people who vent thier anger in text chat get banned intantaneiously (i cant spell
that word) but yeah its just dumb and me complaining

 

As said above, The enforcement team can only be found on enforcement.xbox.com. They do not use these forums. Retaliation and harassment are never the answer to harassment online. It's always best to report, ignore and move on.
