We understand that you are trying to uplift your account suspension and you were unable to submit a case review. There could be a chance that you were signed into different account and that is why there is no update yet or there could be something else.

To check on that, kindly open this support article on a browser: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/how-to-submit-a-case-review

Next, kindly check at the top right of the page if you are signed into the correct Xbox account you receive the warning with.

After, select the website that is link on the Note from the page. Please check screenshot below:





Finally, explore your account and check your history. For any concerns regarding your account suspension, please submit a case review.
