    Suspension Not Showing Up


    My Xbox live account has an active suspension, but the suspension is not showing up in my enforcement history and I was never sent an email with any details about it, and because of this the option for a case review is not there. Hopefully someone can help
    me out here.

    Suspension Not Showing Up... HELP?

    I have talked to support 3 times. All say that i have a suspicion til September. i dont see it and wish to have it reviewed. It doesnt show up in history. please help

    Suspension acting strange

    okay if there is nothing to do about the suspension then why was not showing up for the agent I called?

    Console suspension,

    if it is a communication suspension, they can take a while to show up on the Enforcement site. If it is a console ban/suspension then they don't show up. It is probably an accumalation of communication suspensions that has lead to a console ban and he
    has probably sworn at somebody again.

    Why is In-game text chatting banned?!

    That would be upto the developer not really enforcement. Unless you got a communications suspension which would show up in enforcement.Xbox.com

    If it's not there then it's a game suspension

    are you sure it says code of conduct suspension or an update your payment method suspension completely different things

    Payment method suspensions won't show on enforcement site

    Enforcement suspensions could also be an console suspensions which means you need to check every account on the console to see if which one of those incured the suspension via the enforcement site

    Should be noted extension suspensions that were added during a previous suspension will not show up and youd have to call support to see if there is one
