Suspension not removed after given time

I got suspended on the 3rd March 2018 and the enforcement team said my account would be unbanned on the 17th March which is today at 11:24. This suspension has not yet been removed and it has gone past the given time. Can someone help please ?

Meaningless Suspension

Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

Scared Of New Console Failure Rates?

Meh. The 33% is an exaggeration. I got my 360 a while after the launch and it hasn't given me any trouble after all these years. There are bound to be a few problems around the launch time but they are almost always removed in later versions. Plus, I am pretty sure Microsoft are a lot more careful with the failure rates this time around.

If you are seeing the same messaging as before and the suspension is up you might try

removing your profile from the console and
power cycling before signing back in.

To be sure are you seeing issues with other accounts on that console?

As long as you reported him, the enforcement team will investigate and take the appropriate action. If he is given a suspension, he will be removed. Investigations can take time though so it's possovle the enforcement team are still looking into it.

The suspension should be lifted at around the same time it was given. So if you were suspended at 8pm, you will need to wait until 8pm for it to be lifted.

If it's after that time and the suspension hasn't been lifted, you will need to post in the

account suspension forum to get an answer from someone on the enforcement team.

Once the enforcement action ended, you should be able to get your communication back. Kindly make sure that it's no longer active by signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com. Are you on Xbox or PC?

If you're on Xbox, please perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below and then try again:

"POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. "

If you're on PC, please sign out on Xbox app and then sign back in. Test it all out after that.

Suspension length can vary based on the severity of the situation as well as past enforcement actions. One week suspensions typically aren't given for first time suspensions for profanity unless it's a more severe case. Usually a 1 week would be given after the person has already had a couple of suspensions. Also, the length of suspensions right now has not been 1 week for everyone. Some people have had 3 day, some 14 day. The warning is the code of conduct/terms of service you agree to when you sign up.
