Suspension not lifted but over

    my suspension is over but it has not been lifted i cant go into parties or message people how long will i not be able to if it is over

    Notification of Temporary Suspension?

    Sorry, but the suspension won't be able to be lifted. Since by the time they start the investigation, the suspension will already be over.

    In future please make your own thread,this one is over a year old.

    Your suspension will be lifted at the same time it started,eg.if your suspension started at 3pm then it will be lifted at 3pm.

    The policy to get a suspension lifted sooner then what it was initially for is to go to enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review there is no people that vote on whether to lift a suspension or not when you file the case review you will have a chance
    to plead your case with the enforcement team and then they will look over your case and decide whether to lift the suspension or not.

    Suspensions are lifted around the time they were enforced. If you were suspended at 8 am, it will be lifted at 8am the day the ban is over.

    The only way to possible have it lifted would have been to submit a case review if eligible. Since it wasn't eligible and it's been over 12 months, there's no way to have the suspension lifted.
