Suspension not done yet

Try these steps below:

1. Log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com and check if you still have any other active suspensions in place.
2. If you are clear, then proceed to
   remove your account from the console.
3. Give your console a proper power cycle.
4. Add your account back into the Xbox.
5. Attempt to play multiplayer, or use any other online features to test.

Only an enforcement team member can respond to any specific suspension items and they do not use the forums.

If you haven't done so yet, you can submit a case review
here, otherwise you will have to wait out the suspension.

When an account receives a suspension, the account's subscription time is not extended.

I have done all of those multiple times and nothing has changed, and I'm sure this is a suspension issue because when I try to send a message it says you cannot do this because of your past behavior. Again I'm positive there is no current suspension yet
this has gone on two months after it ended.

yes i've done this. But now i'm waiting a confirmation

I just got done watching them about an hour ago. The music is wonderful! I've always been a fan of how tranquil, and yet suspenseful the music can be. The magic spells look really amazing! The detect spell was awesome with the purple glow.
