Suspension needs to be lifted

All I've sent is 1 message to hackers (going around invisterble) telling them I've reported them never more than 1 then carried with the game

 

So you have gone from doing nothing at all to now sending just one message to hackers???

Again, not sure why this isn`t getting through, post in the link above, no one here can do a thing to help you and we do not care about your lawsuits threats.

 

I am entitled as a gamer same as everybody else to inform somebody they have been reported

 

You are not entitled to contact anyone to say you have reported them, or to threaten to report them.

It can be seen as harassment and thats probably why you were banned.

If you need to report someone, just do it and move on.

 

I have found if you imform a hacker they have been reported the remove there hack

 

No you have found that if you send hackers messages informing them of your actions, you get banned.

The ONLY thing to do with hackers is report them, that`s it.

 

Obviously you were banned for threatening people you thought were hacking. They turned around and reported you for making threats against them. You should have just reported them and let MS check the situation out.

Look at it this way, if you suspect your neighbor is stealing your newspaper do you call the police or go over there and threaten to get them arrested? You start threatening and harassing people you'll be the one that gets reported and you'll be the one
in trouble.

 

This is Ashlee I was suspended right after I purchase a 3 month renewal

 

I've been banned for a month Xbox support says someone reported me idk what for why or when I just brought a 3 month renewal I have a couple major games coming up in about 2 hours I'm live here in Texas it's 3:45pm now please can you help with this matter
