Suspension = Loss of Downloads

Hello. My brother's account (FPS PRO H3CKS) was permanently suspended back in 2011 for 'Inappropriate Behaviour'. Once his account was ban, he didn't really fret on the situation, because he knew what he did was wrong. Overall, the ban didn't affect anything
on the console, so my brother created a new account and became more civil, and kind when he played (hence the reason he never asked for a Case Review).

The problem arose recently, you see, my brother recently got back into gaming and doesn't play Xbox One games much. He mainly plays 360 games on backwards compatibility. However, recently, he transferred Xbox 360 data from one 360 hard drive to another,
however some content (mainly DLC) didn't transfer correctly. So, he reinstalled everything, except the content from FPS PRO H3CKS, since he was unable to access xbox live. The issue continued when this content was unable to be recovered by installing the game
on the Xbox One.

My brother and I aren't asking for the account to be unsuspended, we are simply asking if you can give FPS PRO H3CKS Limited Xbox Live Silver access, or to transfer the data to my current account, or his current account (vZ examqle), so we can reinstall
the content. My brother and I have spent a lot of money on this account, since we used it to purchase everything back in 2011, and would just appreciate to get the content we payed for back.

NOTE: The reason I am creating this post instead of my brother is because the FPS PRO H3CKS account currently can not file a Case Review, nor can it access the Xbox Forums. Therefore, he asked me to make this appeal for him.

the suspension forum sucks

The suspensions forums are the only place that the PET can review your issue. If you believe that your suspension was due to the loss of your account then you need to contact support and open an Unauthorized Access Ticket. They will share the results of
the investigation with the PET.

 

Once your banned you forfeit everything on your account. He would have to purchase the content he wants on his new account.

 

That's honestly b.s. Pretty much telling the person who spent x amount of their earned cash that "Oh by the way when you get banned for (most cases false reasons due to the fact that no research is put into the report) we'll, Xbox/Microsoft, will pretty
much give ya the bird and laugh without giving you a refund for said purchases or at the very least giving you the option to send said purchased content to a friend's or family member's account."

 

But why? He purchased the content. And the content worked fine for 5 years after the ban, so for that time it hadn't been forfeited. So why should he have to re-pay for the items he already purchased? Why can't the items just be given back to him, or why
can;t he have limited access to the account to reinstall them? I mean, being prevented from even signing into the account seems a little over-the-top, even for a permanent suspension.

 

Because it's part of the Terms of Use/Code of Conduct that everyone has to agree to when they start a account,including your friend.

Any purchased content can still be used while not connected to live but it can not be re downloaded or moved to another console.

If your friend wants to use the content on a different console with a different account then they will have to buy it again,there is no way around this.
