    Suspension lifted still no mic


    So its been over a week since my “suspension” was lifted. I can only hear people from PS4 or PC and it has everyone muted from Xbox network. I can hear my friends in a party but cant communicate back with them and i cant hear orher people on the xbox network.
    Help! Ive dobe the hard reset and tried my headseat on another controller and it doesnt work! Ive tested the microphone so I know it works! This is nuts. I want to be able to communicate with my friends! It was only a 2 day suspension but this is bolonga.

    Can't play online.

    Sorry to hear it. If you are unable to play online then the suspension may still be active. Please be aware that a suspension is lifted at the same time that it begins. For example, if a suspension started at 7pm then that's when it will lift.

    A case review wouldn't guarantee the suspension would be lifted and it can still take a few days to receive a response from a review, if the suspension is eligible. A suspension would only be lifted if the enforcement team determined they made a mistake in issuing the suspension.

    Suspensions are lifted at approximately the same time of day as they are enforced. So even though it is the 27th, it probably still hasn't been lifted yet.

    But here's the problem now it's after the suspension was supposed to be lifted and they still haven't lifted it but yet there's nobody you're allowed to contact to get it lifted because customer service says that they have no idea how to do anything
