Suspension lifted still can't Talk

chatted with support they sent me here. Kimberly B. She checked my account I should be good so I don't understand why I'm still suspended. Nov 27 was the end it's Dec 7 please help!! Asap gamertag:

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, and then re-add the account to see if that clears up the issue.

can't file a case review since my suspension is up.

 

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
4. Attempt to use the social features now.

 

I removed the account . And hard wiped my Xbox. Nothing there is no link to case review.
