Suspension Lifted, Still Can't Communicate

I was recently suspended because of some rather immature and rude messags I sent, and the the it was lifted on July 31st. I can still not send messages, as I am met with a "Because of your past behaviour, you are unable to send messages" text box. I can
also not hear or speak in parties. It has been 3 days since I was unsuspended.

Account Suspension

I was communication banned until the 7/31/2017.. that suspension is way overdue , and should have been 'lifted' but I still can't communicate with people/friends , and I don't have a current suspension or anything like that, is there any way this can be
fixed ?

Suspension lifted still can't Talk

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

Remove your account from the Xbox.

Give your Xbox a power cycle.

Add your account back into the Xbox.

Attempt to use the social features now.

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.

while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
Contact Us page to inquire

My suspension was suppose to be lifted on 12/6/2015 6:49pm eastern time and has not been lifted yet. It was a communication suspension and I can't talk in party's at all. Can you help?

The virtual agent says I have a temporary suspension for 3 months!? But its not listed in the enforcement page so I can't even file a case review!
