Suspension lifted, problem persists

    Suspension lifted, problem persists


    I got my 1 day suspension lifted at around 1:30pm yet my messages arent being received and the Xbox parties still don't work, I've tried everything I.e. Deleting my gamer tag and downloading, power cycled several times, changing the privacy settings, none
    of this works. this is absolutely ridiculous since I've seen many others with the same problem. I deserved my suspension but this is complerely unfair to me and to everyone else who has the same problem. Please help!!!

    Unable to Speak After Communication Suspension

    I have recently been suspended for communication. However my suspension has been lifted, I am able to send messages and hear my friends again. The problem is that my friends or anybody can still not hear me. It has been almost three weeks and the problem still consists. If anybody knows any solutions to this I would appreciate it very much.

    But here's the problem now it's after the suspension was supposed to be lifted and they still haven't lifted it but yet there's nobody you're allowed to contact to get it lifted because customer service says that they have no idea how to do anything

    Suspensions are lifted at the same time of day that they were enforced. So even though it lifts today, if they suspended you at 11:45pm, your suspension wont' lift until then.

    The XBLPET generally do not discuss suspensions OP, check the message on your console for the date your suspension will be lifted.

    (Also suspensions are lifted at around the same time of day they were issued), so if you were suspended at 5pm the suspension will not be lifted until 5pm on the relevant date when the suspension is due to end.

    Can I apply for a ban reduction if I have a permanent ban?

    You can sign into your account at enforcement.xbox.com and see if the suspension is eligible for a case review. To see if they can lift the suspension.

    This is the ONLY way that the suspension can be lifted.

    MODDERS need to be banned!!!

    The suspension is lifted at the same time as it was issued. So if you were suspended at 16:52 the suspension will be lifted at 16:52.
