Suspension lifted. Can't talk in party chat now.

I was just lifted from Xbox one suspension. So I went into a party chat and none can hear, but it says I'm talking. I also can hear them. I've restarted my Xbox, updated everything and I made sure my setting were set to where I can do everything. What do

my communication suspension is over and I still can't talk in party chat

So I was suspended for a week from communicating. Now my Suspension is over And I still can't talk in party chat or hear people.

Suspension lifted, can't use communications.

My suspension was lifted the other day and I still can't use any form of communication on Xbox one, no messages no party chat, I can't even use in game chat features in Ark. I would appreciate some help.

My suspension was suppose to be lifted on 12/6/2015 6:49pm eastern time and has not been lifted yet. It was a communication suspension and I can't talk in party's at all. Can you help?

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

Remove your account from the Xbox.
Give your Xbox a power cycle.
Add your account back into the Xbox.
Attempt to use the social features now.

I removed the account . And hard wiped my Xbox. Nothing there is no link to case review.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, and then re-add the account to see if that clears up the issue.
