Suspension Lifted But No One Can Hear Me Talk

I was banned for 2 weeks from playing multiplayer but was not even a communications ban. I try to go and play with some friends on Destiny and no one can hear me talk. I even went out and bought a new controller and mic still nothing is working. I tried
to hard reset my xbox, plug my controller in via usb and still nothing. This is really frustrating. What am I suppose to do?

I was put on suspension but after my suspension was up lifted I am unable to talk threw my headset I have contacted Microsoft and they are no help can anyone help me??

My suspension has been lifted but still can hear or talk in parties its a complete joke

My suspension was suppose to be lifted on 12/6/2015 6:49pm eastern time and has not been lifted yet. It was a communication suspension and I can't talk in party's at all. Can you help?

if you think the suspension wrong even though you might have violated the code of conduct then which you deserve the suspension.

no one here can talk to you about your suspension or can lift your suspension.

my ban has been lifted on xbox one. my friends still can't hear me in party chat or games.The bubble moves when i talk but none can hear me since the ban has been lifted. i think there might have been a problem on your end when the ban was lifted. i didn't
have this promblem prior to the ban. I have called xbox one support and they have had me do everything to try and fix the promblem. please fix this .

Sorry to hear it. If you are unable to play online then the suspension may still be active. Please be aware that a suspension is lifted at the same time that it begins. For example, if a suspension started at 7pm then that's when it will lift.
