Suspension lift?

I was notified of an Xbox enforcement action on my communication status. So basically I was reported because someone said something to me and I hurt their feelings. Sorry bro, think before you speak. I am trying to figure out how long it will be before it
is lifted. Considering I've been a loyal customer for seven years you would think they would be a bit lenient. Any ideas?

Meaningless Suspension

Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

Doesn't matter who started it,if you retaliate in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk being suspended.

People have worked that out now & will provoke you to reply so they can just report you.Best to just report & block anyone being abusive over live.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling why & how long you are suspended for or you should be able to see on the enforcement site

Suspensions are usually 24 hour,7 or 14 days long.

 

I don't know why they suspended me. I think it is over an Xbox message that I sent to a friend and Microsoft took it as sexual harassment! It was a joke to a friend and my friend thought it was funny! I hope I can get this lifted right away.

 

Doesn't matter if the message was meant as a joke to a friend,if it's against the rules then you risk being suspended.
